Art Direction in Cascades, Burkina Faso

A clear system makes everyday design decisions faster and more consistent. The same design principles apply in Cascades, Burkina Faso: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

A focused way to begin

A clear system makes everyday design decisions faster and more consistent.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

A system that survives the next project

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

A compact brief is enough

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

What changes on screen

Different aspect ratios often need a recomposed layout rather than a cropped version.

Keeping the workflow practical

Consolidated feedback makes revision easier to understand and prevents conflicting changes.

What matters beyond the portfolio?

A portfolio shows visual capability, but communication and process determine how the project feels day to day.

For product-led businesses, e-commerce management can connect product organization, campaign visuals and store content rather than treating them as separate tasks.
