Art Direction in Wajir, Kenya

Brand management becomes valuable when many channels and people touch the same identity. A project for Wajir, Kenya does not need artificial local claims. A clearer approach is to focus on the real communication problem and how the work will be used.

A focused way to begin

A clear system makes everyday design decisions faster and more consistent.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Working with a freelance designer

A good working relationship combines design quality with predictable review and delivery.

A clearer starting point

Collecting final copy, dimensions and image assets early reduces avoidable revision later.

How the project can move forward

Consolidated feedback makes revision easier to understand and prevents conflicting changes.

What really shapes the scope?

Extending an existing system and creating a new direction from zero are different types of work.

Building something reusable

Reusable typography, spacing and component rules make future production faster.

A website often becomes the place where identity, content and conversion meet, so web design works best when it is considered alongside the wider brand system.
