Art Direction in Lobata, Sao Tome and Principe

A clear system makes everyday design decisions faster and more consistent. The same design principles apply in Lobata, Sao Tome and Principe: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

How to frame the project

Brand management becomes valuable when many channels and people touch the same identity.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

A compact brief is enough

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

What really shapes the scope?

Scope depends on more than the number of screens or pages. Content readiness, concept development, variants and turnaround all affect effort.

Keeping the workflow practical

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

Working across locations

Screen sharing can resolve design direction quickly without long meetings.

Keeping the brand connected

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

For product-led businesses, e-commerce management can connect product organization, campaign visuals and store content rather than treating them as separate tasks.

Before starting

How do revisions work?

The preferred approach is to confirm the main direction first, then collect feedback in focused rounds.

How is Art Direction priced?

Pricing depends on content readiness, number of deliverables, concept development, variants, technical requirements and turnaround.

Do you also handle video?

Yes. Video editing and motion graphics can be included when the communication needs moving content.
