Book & Cover Design in Juancho, Pedernales, Dominican Republic

Long documents depend on grid, typography and rhythm more than decoration. For a book & cover design project connected to Juancho, Pedernales, Dominican Republic, the location is context; the actual design decisions come from the audience, content, brand and channel.

How to frame the project

A catalog becomes useful when products are easy to scan and compare.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

A clearer starting point

A useful brief can be short. The goal, audience, format, available content and deadline usually provide enough structure to begin.

Budget follows the real workload

Extending an existing system and creating a new direction from zero are different types of work.

How the project can move forward

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

Files, feedback and calls

Good file naming and centralized feedback matter more when teams work across locations.

Keeping the brand connected

Consistency is a shared character, not identical layouts.

If the brand is changing at the same time, corporate identity design and digital outputs are easier to align when they share one direction.
