Box Design in Kabalo, Tanganyika, Democratic Republic of the Congo

The same pack needs to work on shelf, in photography and on e-commerce pages. The same design principles apply in Kabalo, Tanganyika, Democratic Republic of the Congo: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

A practical approach

A product range needs a system that can expand without losing recognition.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Design beyond one deliverable

Reusable typography, spacing and component rules make future production faster.

A compact brief is enough

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

Digital use changes the rules

Small screens expose weak hierarchy quickly. Text, controls and CTA placement need deliberate priority.

A calmer revision process

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

What matters beyond the portfolio?

A portfolio shows visual capability, but communication and process determine how the project feels day to day.

A website often becomes the place where identity, content and conversion meet, so web design works best when it is considered alongside the wider brand system.
