Brand Guidelines in Schwaz, Tyrol, Austria

A useful identity system needs to work at small scale, in one color and across digital and print. The same design principles apply in Schwaz, Tyrol, Austria: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

How to frame the project

Rebranding is often about editing and clarifying rather than replacing everything.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Start with the problem, not the style

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

Keeping the workflow practical

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

A system that survives the next project

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

Digital use changes the rules

File size and image optimization are part of digital design quality.

Remote collaboration is normal

Most design, web and video projects can be handled remotely through clear files, calls and review rounds.

When motion becomes part of the brand, motion graphics and editing can extend the same typography and graphic language into video.
