Campaign Key Visual in Bamako, Mali

Campaign design should make the main message obvious before supporting details compete for attention. The same design principles apply in Bamako, Mali: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

Design with a clear purpose

Campaign design should make the main message obvious before supporting details compete for attention.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Start with the problem, not the style

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

What really shapes the scope?

Extending an existing system and creating a new direction from zero are different types of work.

A calmer revision process

Consolidated feedback makes revision easier to understand and prevents conflicting changes.

Remote collaboration is normal

Screen sharing can resolve design direction quickly without long meetings.

Keeping the brand connected

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

For product-led businesses, e-commerce management can connect product organization, campaign visuals and store content rather than treating them as separate tasks.
