Catalog Design in Škocjan, Slovenia

Editorial design needs to support changing content densities without breaking the system. A project for Škocjan, Slovenia does not need artificial local claims. A clearer approach is to focus on the real communication problem and how the work will be used.

A practical approach

Long documents depend on grid, typography and rhythm more than decoration.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

What matters beyond the portfolio?

Cross-channel consistency is often more valuable than a single impressive mockup.

What should be defined before design?

Collecting final copy, dimensions and image assets early reduces avoidable revision later.

From first direction to final files

The first concept is a way to make direction visible. It is better to confirm the overall approach before polishing small details.

What really shapes the scope?

Scope depends on more than the number of screens or pages. Content readiness, concept development, variants and turnaround all affect effort.

Keeping the brand connected

Consistency is a shared character, not identical layouts.

If the brand is changing at the same time, corporate identity design and digital outputs are easier to align when they share one direction.

Before starting
