Editorial Design in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico

Editorial design needs to support changing content densities without breaking the system. A project for Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico does not need artificial local claims. A clearer approach is to focus on the real communication problem and how the work will be used.

A focused way to begin

Good document design makes reading feel easier even when the reader cannot explain why.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

What should be defined before design?

Collecting final copy, dimensions and image assets early reduces avoidable revision later.

How the project can move forward

Clear approval points keep the project from staying open-ended.

A system that survives the next project

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

Digital use changes the rules

File size and image optimization are part of digital design quality.

Files, feedback and calls

Good file naming and centralized feedback matter more when teams work across locations.

If the brand is changing at the same time, corporate identity design and digital outputs are easier to align when they share one direction.
