Editorial Design in Gornji Grad, Slovenia

A catalog becomes useful when products are easy to scan and compare. The same design principles apply in Gornji Grad, Slovenia: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

How to frame the project

Editorial design needs to support changing content densities without breaking the system.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Start with the problem, not the style

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

What changes on screen

The same brand can feel consistent across channels without using the same composition everywhere.

Keeping the workflow practical

The first concept is a way to make direction visible. It is better to confirm the overall approach before polishing small details.

Building something reusable

Reusable typography, spacing and component rules make future production faster.

Choosing a working model

A portfolio shows visual capability, but communication and process determine how the project feels day to day.

Ongoing content can benefit from freelance graphic design support that builds repeatable rules rather than starting from zero every time.
