Event Visual Identity in Aghjabadi, Azerbaijan

LED content, stage graphics and wayfinding need to be designed for distance and movement. For a event visual identity project connected to Aghjabadi, Azerbaijan, the location is context; the actual design decisions come from the audience, content, brand and channel.

How to frame the project

Event graphics live in real space, not only on screens.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

A clearer starting point

A useful brief can be short. The goal, audience, format, available content and deadline usually provide enough structure to begin.

More than a page count

A short scope discussion before pricing usually removes unnecessary deliverables.

How the project can move forward

The first concept is a way to make direction visible. It is better to confirm the overall approach before polishing small details.

Remote collaboration is normal

Most design, web and video projects can be handled remotely through clear files, calls and review rounds.

Design beyond one deliverable

Reusable typography, spacing and component rules make future production faster.

A website often becomes the place where identity, content and conversion meet, so web design works best when it is considered alongside the wider brand system.
