Event graphics live in real space, not only on screens. For a exhibition stand graphics project connected to Iganga, Uganda, the location is context; the actual design decisions come from the audience, content, brand and channel.

How to frame the project

A visual identity should connect invitation, social media, venue graphics and stage content.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Start with the problem, not the style

References are most helpful when they explain what feels right about an example instead of asking for a copy.

Designing for real screens

File size and image optimization are part of digital design quality.

How the project can move forward

The first concept is a way to make direction visible. It is better to confirm the overall approach before polishing small details.

Building something reusable

A design system creates value when it can support the next campaign or content update too.

Working with a freelance designer

Direct access to the person doing the work can reduce interpretation layers in a freelance setup.

When motion becomes part of the brand, motion graphics and editing can extend the same typography and graphic language into video.
