Infographic Design in Côtes-d'Armor, France

Charts, numbers and text need a shared visual hierarchy across the deck. For a infographic design project connected to Côtes-d'Armor, France, the location is context; the actual design decisions come from the audience, content, brand and channel.

How to frame the project

A deck becomes more persuasive when information is sequenced rather than compressed.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Keeping the brand connected

Consistency is a shared character, not identical layouts.

A compact brief is enough

References are most helpful when they explain what feels right about an example instead of asking for a copy.

Mobile, web and multiple formats

The same brand can feel consistent across channels without using the same composition everywhere.

How the project can move forward

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

What matters beyond the portfolio?

A portfolio shows visual capability, but communication and process determine how the project feels day to day.

When motion becomes part of the brand, motion graphics and editing can extend the same typography and graphic language into video.
