Label Design in Granton, Tasmania, Australia

The same pack needs to work on shelf, in photography and on e-commerce pages. The same design principles apply in Granton, Tasmania, Australia: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

A focused way to begin

Small text and regulatory information should be designed in from the start.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

What should be defined before design?

Collecting final copy, dimensions and image assets early reduces avoidable revision later.

Defining the right amount of work

A short scope discussion before pricing usually removes unnecessary deliverables.

Keeping the workflow practical

Consolidated feedback makes revision easier to understand and prevents conflicting changes.

Remote collaboration is normal

Screen sharing can resolve design direction quickly without long meetings.

A system that survives the next project

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

When motion becomes part of the brand, motion graphics and editing can extend the same typography and graphic language into video.
