Rebranding in Sironko, Uganda

Brand consistency does not mean every layout looks identical; it means every layout feels related. A project for Sironko, Uganda does not need artificial local claims. A clearer approach is to focus on the real communication problem and how the work will be used.

Design with a clear purpose

A useful identity system needs to work at small scale, in one color and across digital and print.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

What should be defined before design?

Collecting final copy, dimensions and image assets early reduces avoidable revision later.

Budget follows the real workload

Extending an existing system and creating a new direction from zero are different types of work.

From first direction to final files

Clear approval points keep the project from staying open-ended.

Files, feedback and calls

Good file naming and centralized feedback matter more when teams work across locations.

Keeping the brand connected

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

A website often becomes the place where identity, content and conversion meet, so web design works best when it is considered alongside the wider brand system.
