Rebranding in Ohio, United States

A useful identity system needs to work at small scale, in one color and across digital and print. The same design principles apply in Ohio, United States: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

A focused way to begin

Brand consistency does not mean every layout looks identical; it means every layout feels related.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Start with the problem, not the style

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

Keeping the workflow practical

Consolidated feedback makes revision easier to understand and prevents conflicting changes.

Communication is part of the service

A good working relationship combines design quality with predictable review and delivery.

Designing for real screens

File size and image optimization are part of digital design quality.

Files, feedback and calls

Location is usually less important than communication rhythm and clear expectations.

A website often becomes the place where identity, content and conversion meet, so web design works best when it is considered alongside the wider brand system.
