Retail POSM Design in Gandaki, Nepal

Viewing distance should influence type size and image scale. The same design principles apply in Gandaki, Nepal: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

How to frame the project

Retail graphics are read while people move, so speed of recognition matters.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

A compact brief is enough

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

Keeping the workflow practical

The first concept is a way to make direction visible. It is better to confirm the overall approach before polishing small details.

Choosing a working model

Cross-channel consistency is often more valuable than a single impressive mockup.

Designing for real screens

File size and image optimization are part of digital design quality.

Remote collaboration is normal

Most design, web and video projects can be handled remotely through clear files, calls and review rounds.

A website often becomes the place where identity, content and conversion meet, so web design works best when it is considered alongside the wider brand system.
