Retail POSM Design in Bistrica ob Sotli, Slovenia

POSM should feel connected to the same campaign customers see online. For a retail posm design project connected to Bistrica ob Sotli, Slovenia, the location is context; the actual design decisions come from the audience, content, brand and channel.

A practical approach

In-store communication works better when campaign, product and price information have separate roles.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

What should be defined before design?

A useful brief can be short. The goal, audience, format, available content and deadline usually provide enough structure to begin.

Defining the right amount of work

A short scope discussion before pricing usually removes unnecessary deliverables.

From first direction to final files

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

Files, feedback and calls

Location is usually less important than communication rhythm and clear expectations.

Keeping the brand connected

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

If the brand is changing at the same time, corporate identity design and digital outputs are easier to align when they share one direction.
