Retail POSM Design in Nui, Tuvalu

Retail graphics are read while people move, so speed of recognition matters. A project for Nui, Tuvalu does not need artificial local claims. A clearer approach is to focus on the real communication problem and how the work will be used.

A practical approach

Retail graphics are read while people move, so speed of recognition matters.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Start with the problem, not the style

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

Designing for real screens

Small screens expose weak hierarchy quickly. Text, controls and CTA placement need deliberate priority.

From first direction to final files

The first concept is a way to make direction visible. It is better to confirm the overall approach before polishing small details.

Keeping the brand connected

Consistency is a shared character, not identical layouts.

Choosing a working model

A portfolio shows visual capability, but communication and process determine how the project feels day to day.

A website often becomes the place where identity, content and conversion meet, so web design works best when it is considered alongside the wider brand system.
