Social Media Visual Management in Southwark, United Kingdom

Reusable content formats can speed up production while preserving variation. The same design principles apply in Southwark, United Kingdom: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

How to frame the project

The feed is a sequence, not a collection of unrelated posters.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

A compact brief is enough

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

Keeping the workflow practical

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

A system that survives the next project

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

What changes on screen

Different aspect ratios often need a recomposed layout rather than a cropped version.

Remote collaboration is normal

Most design, web and video projects can be handled remotely through clear files, calls and review rounds.

If the brand is changing at the same time, corporate identity design and digital outputs are easier to align when they share one direction.
