Stage & LED Screen Design in Kapelebyong, Uganda

Event graphics live in real space, not only on screens. For a stage & led screen design project connected to Kapelebyong, Uganda, the location is context; the actual design decisions come from the audience, content, brand and channel.

A focused way to begin

LED content, stage graphics and wayfinding need to be designed for distance and movement.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Start with the problem, not the style

References are most helpful when they explain what feels right about an example instead of asking for a copy.

Budget follows the real workload

Extending an existing system and creating a new direction from zero are different types of work.

How the project can move forward

Clear approval points keep the project from staying open-ended.

Remote collaboration is normal

Screen sharing can resolve design direction quickly without long meetings.

Keeping the brand connected

Documenting recurring decisions reduces visual drift when more people work on the brand.

A website often becomes the place where identity, content and conversion meet, so web design works best when it is considered alongside the wider brand system.
