Video Graphics Package in Barro, Ceará, Brazil

Timing is a design decision just like type, color and layout. The same design principles apply in Barro, Ceará, Brazil: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

How to frame the project

Timing is a design decision just like type, color and layout.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

Working with a freelance designer

A good working relationship combines design quality with predictable review and delivery.

A compact brief is enough

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

Keeping the workflow practical

Delivery formats depend on where the work will live: print, web, social, presentation or video.

What really shapes the scope?

Scope depends on more than the number of screens or pages. Content readiness, concept development, variants and turnaround all affect effort.

A system that survives the next project

Consistency is a shared character, not identical layouts.

If the brand is changing at the same time, corporate identity design and digital outputs are easier to align when they share one direction.
