Wayfinding Design in Dinner Plain, Victoria, Australia

Large surfaces often benefit from fewer, stronger messages. The same design principles apply in Dinner Plain, Victoria, Australia: reduce uncertainty in the brief, establish priorities and build only what the project actually needs.

A focused way to begin

LED content, stage graphics and wayfinding need to be designed for distance and movement.

If the scope crosses disciplines, graphic design, web design, e-commerce design and video editing can be considered as connected parts of one communication system.

A compact brief is enough

Separating must-have requirements from optional ideas keeps the project focused.

More than a page count

A short scope discussion before pricing usually removes unnecessary deliverables.

Keeping the workflow practical

Clear approval points keep the project from staying open-ended.

Files, feedback and calls

Good file naming and centralized feedback matter more when teams work across locations.

Design beyond one deliverable

A design system creates value when it can support the next campaign or content update too.

If the brand is changing at the same time, corporate identity design and digital outputs are easier to align when they share one direction.
